Michelle Hunger's toddler was found in the 300 block of East Market Street around 9 a.m. on July 6, according to a release by the Susquehanna Regional Police Department.
The responding officer located the tot's mom asleep in her nearby home.
Hunger was arrested for endangering the welfare of a child, according to the police and court documents.
She remains in the Lancaster County Prison on $100,000 in bail, court records show.
Her preliminary has been set before Magisterial District Judge Randall L. Miller at 9 a.m. on July 25, according to her court docket.
